100 Word Challenge Week #36

Once upon a time there was a great war! It was WWVII . The U.S teamed up with the Canadians, Russians, and the Australians. This took 5 years to end. They put a sculpture of a gun to honor the soldiers. Then some European  spies came twisted the guns statue  to knots just to make fun of them. So they named the sculpture, the knot gun. They even made a real gun. They tested it out and it was effective. So they made a sniper called  the knot sniper. It wasn’t that powerful so they obliterated it.

  1. Hi Sensiboy!

I liked your story, your spelling in particular was very good- well done for using "knot" instead of "not" when taking about the tied-up barrel of the gun.

Hopefully we will never have WWIII, let alone WWVII! But it can still be very interesting to think about what would happen if there was to be another world war, and as you wrote about, what would happen once it was over.

My one tip on how to improve your story would be to try to use a little more variety in your sentences. Try making them different lengths, and make sure you don't use the same word to start your sentences over and over. For example, see if you could find a more exciting way of starting your sentence in place of "They".

    Keep on writing!
